The new Welcome to Excellence programme has been scheduled for 2007/08.  Welcome to Excellence is the most successful customer service training initiative for tourism businesses in the country.  The one day training programmes provide anyone who is involved in a tourism business with an opportunity to update and refresh their customer service skills.  Whether you are an owner manager or part of a large organisation working in accommodation, tourist attractions, restaurants or retail you can benefit from the programme.

The certificates are recognised by tourism businessses across the country.

Welcome All, Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus, Welcome Host for Polish Speakers, Welcome Line, Welcome Management and Welcome International courses are scheduled across the county and a full programme is available on www.cumbriatourism.org or from pcrossley@cumbriatourism.org. 

Course prices have been reduced this year and start at only £40 for most of the courses.
